I feel the test is pretty much guaged my management orientation. The test shows that i am a Cs type person. Indeed, i feel that i am a person that do things analytically, according to the structures, want things to be organize, like to perform things in a consistent way, just work to the standard.
Actually, i'm comfortable the way that i am right now. I don't want to be another type such as the D, the dominant type because that would not be me anymore. As a D type person, she has to make quick decisions, accept new challenges, etc, which is directly opposite of me. I know that if i want to be a D type person, then i will able to become the D type person. It is just that I will be very uncomfortable and obtained a lot of pressure. Thus i never think of becoming another type when i'm not the type.
By looking at the personality type of people, it is not a good way to understand where people are coming from. Like me, for instance, i am from China, and i am a Cs type person. That does not mean that all Chinese are this type person. Also, i feel this test can't really help me in other personal interactions because i be friends with all different people with different personalities.

By what you are saying I do think that you are an "C" type of person. Where you think things analytically while paying attention to key directives and standards. You are the type that usually concentrates on key details while using a systematic approach to situations. This test indeed showed you the correct results on what type of person you are.
Yeah, I think the test was right about you. By working with you on a group project, I felt the characteristics of C type.You like to follow rules. Also, you were a critical thinker when we discussed some issues in a group. When you doubted something in a discussion, you like to ask one more time to make sure if that is based on fact unlike me. You explain yourself very clearly. You know I am more like following the others.That's my problem. One more thing, you are so patient when you listen to the others giving out their opinions. Fortunately, all members in our group were so patient and polite. They like to respect each others. I really loved being with you as a group. Very Supportive and positive.I think you have a good personality which can be a merit in the future when you work with somebody.
I believe the test proved you to be the right type. You seem to be very analytic. When we took our exams, I could see that you took your time and thought about the questions and answers. When we reviewed the exams, you thought more about the exam and you spoke about how you analyzed each question and answer. I think this trait will take you far.
I also agree that this test should not be applied to ones personal life. If any one applied these techniques to their personal life they would have no friends. LOL :)
I don't think it's a bad thing to know what type of personality you are and what is dominant for you. You are what you are, and sure in certain situations I guess we all deviate a bit from our type.
However, knowing what type you are should affect the way you make decisions and how you approach certain situation. At least that's how I see it.
